Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

We ship to all U.S. states, Washington DC and Canada including: U.S. territories, and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Please refrain from shipping to P.O. Boxes. Tracking information will be sent directly to your email within 2-3 days from order placement*, please contact us if you have not received your tracking information. Please note that orders placed after 3 PM Friday will ship out the following Monday as orders will not be shipped out on Saturday or Sunday. 

 

Shipping to PO Boxes

We recommend not shipping to PO Boxes. Packages that are addressed to a PO Box may be delayed, and will not be covered by any UPS or FedEx Service Guarantee. We will not refund items or packages missing in shipment or at location items sent to PO Boxes. 

 

Multiple Shipments

You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order. Items are usually delivered within 5-10 business days (HI, AK & Canada may take longer) of the order confirmation, once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified. (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time on workdays).

 

Tracking your order

Once your order has been placed, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. We will also provide you with a tracking number so you can check the status of your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled up to 3 hours before 1:00 PM PST M-F by phone or email. Orders placed over the weekend will be canceled the following Monday. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect back into your account.

At White Sierra, we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it via mail for a replacement or a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

White Sierra’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.

 

Returning or Exchanging Items

You can return or exchange purchases by mail. We require proof of purchase (shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges. Since quantities may be limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. White Sierra online purchases may NOT be returned to any of our wholesale partner store locations

Defective items must be returned in pristine conditions to be exchanged. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered to the White Sierra Returns Department, it will be returned at your expense. White Sierra’s items may go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.

Shipping will not be refunded. 

Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect back into your account.

Returns

We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. White Sierra is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Price Adjustments

Customers have the right to request a price adjustment of the difference between the price paid and the current selling price within 15 days from the date of purchase. If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we will process your refund in the form of the original payment.

 

Item Discrepancy 

If the buyer believes that they received the wrong item or color, we will refund the entire shipping cost and send out the correct item and upgrade the shipping at no cost. Please note that we are unable to reimburse for the incorrect item's return shipping.
