White Sierra GUARANTEES that every product we make is free from defects in workmanship and material. This guarantee means that after evaluation, we will repair or replace a defective product at our discretion based on our:


Follow the below steps based on your original purchase to complete your warranty process:


1: If you purchased the White Sierra garment from a third party retailer, please contact them directly for assistance or a replacement.

2: If you purchased the White Sierra garment directly from www.whitesierra.com please send an email to thinkoutside@whitesierra.com with the following information:

          *Your Name

          *Estimated Date Purchased or Invoice Number

          *Clear non blurry photos of the garment which show the White Sierra logo as well as the damaged area(s)

          *Explanation of the issue(s)/cause of damage

3: The garment will then be evaluated to determine whether it qualifies for our warranty.

4: We will contact you to let you know what we have determined and if you should send the item(s) back directly to us to the below address. The clean item(s) must be shipped to us at your own expense, prepaid and insured as we are not liable for lost shipments.

NOTES: Do not send any product to us without prior authorization from White Sierra Customer Service.

We do not replace parts of the garment (ie: belts, pant legs, liners, shells, etc.)

The entire garment must be returned in order to qualify for the warranty.

Garments deemed unsanitary for us to work on will be returned at the owner's expense.
